During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home & backyard. Shared access to the community pool, and hot tub.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
The pools get serviced and maintained by the community HOA. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear discolored. Monsoon season with heavy wind and rains is June through September.
The pool is heated between 80-90 degrees (weather permitting).
Power Ranch is a master-planned residential community controlled by the Homeowner Association's Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. The following local and community rules will be enforced by local police or community security:
- The Town of Gilbert prohibits unnecessary, excessive, and offensive noises from all sources for a period of more than 15 minutes between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00a.m.
- Tenants and their guests shall not park on community streets between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
- Tenants and their guests shall not park on landscaped areas at any time.
- Tenants and their guests shall use minimal outdoor lighting between the hours of 10:00p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
