Family-friendly 3BR/2BA home with private pool just minutes from Glendale’s top attractions! Only 6 min to Cardinals Stadium, 9 min to Dodgers Spring Training, and 6 min to Westgate Entertainment District with restaurants, shopping, and Chicken N Pickle pickleball fun. Relax in the pool, cook in the full kitchen, and enjoy a spacious, comfortable stay—perfect for sports fans, families, and groups visiting sunny Arizona!

Friendly Reminder: A $250 refundable security deposit will be pre-authorized at check-in and released after checkout, provided there’s no damage to the home.Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, as some credit cards may take a bit longer to process.
Parking: Max of 3 cars (2 in the driveway, 1 in the garage).

No Smoking Indoors: If smoking, please do so at least 15 feet away from the home.

Pool Time: Have fun! Just keep it quiet after 9 PM—no outdoor speakers—to respect the neighbors.

AC Use: Please keep the thermostat at or above 72°F in summer. If you need it cooler, just message me—we’ll do our best to help without overworking the unit so it stays running for you.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Where to start! Instantly felt like home. This place was great for my family and family dog. Not only is it comfortable and open but close to the freeway. The backyard was super secure and pet friendly. Bedrooms was spacious and welcoming. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Rudy was a great host easy to contact. Made sure our stay was enjoyable. Can’t wait to book again.
