With 6 spacious bedrooms, including a daybed in one common area, and 4 bathrooms, this home can easily accommodate large groups or families. The layout includes a split-level design, allowing you to explore different sections of the house. Bedroom 7 functions as a common room, providing extra space for socializing.
🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining
Cook up a storm in the fully stocked kitchen with brand-new appliances and an open-concept design that flows seamlessly into the living and dining areas. Gather around the 6-seat dining table or make use of the additional identical dining set available for larger groups, located in the garage. There’s also a wine fridge to help set the mood for your meals and celebrations.

Inside the home, you’ll find a pool table, card table, and a bookshelf filled with books for relaxing moments. Step outside, and you'll discover a gorgeous outdoor oasis with plenty of lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table seating 8, and a sparkling pool with jacuzzi. Fun awaits with outdoor games like Connect 4 and tetherball, ensuring everyone stays entertained.

Head over to the casita for even more excitement! Inside, you'll find board games, a dartboard, a 2-player sit-down arcade system, and a Golden T-Golf arcade system for hours of fun.

The backyard offers stunning spaces for dining and lounging, perfect for watching Arizona’s famous sunsets. Whether you're in the pool, at the dining table, or just soaking in the ambiance, you'll never want to leave.

Tesla EV charger available (currently disabled until further notice).
Pool Heat: For an additional $100 per day, enjoy a heated pool during your stay. (Minimum stay required for pool heating.)

Quiet neighborhood located in Scottsdale with beautiful mountain views. The neighbors are awesome so please be respectful of them during your stay.

Security: For your safety, we have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door and a floodlight camera above the garage, both monitoring the exterior of the property. Additionally, we have noise monitors on the property to measure decibel levels and ensure no parties. These do not record any audio—just monitor noise levels.
Pool Heat: If you choose to heat the pool, it will be set to a comfortable 80°F. The minimum requirement for heating is for the full duration of your stay. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY POOL EQUIPMENTS OR REMOVE POOL VACUUM. A $500 minimum fee for damage.

Pets are welcome at our property!
-You’re welcome to bring up to 2 dogs ($150 each). Sorry, no cats.
-Please check with us first to get your pets approved.
-Send us a photo of your pet
-To keep things tidy, pets shouldn’t be on the furniture.
Parking: Up to 4 cars can park on the property.
Late Checkout: A late checkout fee of $150 applies if you stay more than 30 minutes past the agreed checkout time.
City Ordinances: All Scottsdale city ordinances apply during your stay, so please be sure to follow local rules and regulations.
Maintenance: Landscaping and pool maintenance are scheduled 1-2 times per week, but we cannot guarantee the exact timing of their visits.
Guest Requirements: For a smooth check-in process, we ask that you submit a photo ID and sign the guest agreement before arrival.
