Our property is in the best part of Scottsdale close to the Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter and Old Town Scottsdale. A quick 5 minute drive to the Scottsdale Quarter and 15 minutes to Old Town.

-There is an additional guest fee of $100 per person per night over 16 guests to cover additional linens, towels, supplies, blow-up bed setup and wear and tear on the property.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The traveler's credit card is not charged until 60 days from arrival so those who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will not be charged. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our cancel for any reason (CFAR) policy.

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
Check-out time is at 10:00 AM
Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.
You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.

RENTAL CONTRACT
A signed rental contract is required for all rentals and must be signed prior to check-in. No exceptions.

CITY INFO AND RULES
-Must be a minimum of 30 years of age to book this property.
-To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a reservation and a deposit, and will not be held by verbal communication.
-Please take note that the city of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances aimed at curbing parties, gatherings, and undue noise disturbances within city limits.
