The Ultimate Gilbert Experience with a private heated pool is a family friendly vacation home.This gorgeous home is perfect for year-round living and will take you from Winter to Summer! During those cool winter evenings, cozy up next to your warm fire pit and relax reading a good book or sipping your favorite beverage. Equipped with basement games: Billiard’s pool table/ping pong, dart board, board games and a putting green, corn hole, pergola with a built in BBQ. Modern luxury home, tastefully decorated, with an impeccable backyard.
A stay at this centrally located gem will be an amazing experience for any guest to see all of the East valley, Scottsdale and Phoenix.

Beautifully remodeled modern
contemporary home in Gilbert
downtown/District. 3 bedroom, 2 full
bath +basement. Stocked with almost
everything you will need-Just bring
your cloths and toothbrush. Close to
everywhere, there are so many to
mention -1.5 miles to downtown Gilbert
(Heritage district, great restaurant's
and stores) 5.5 miles to San Tan Village
mall (Shopping, dinning and browsing).
5 miles to TopGolf, 5.3 miles to The
Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch, 7.5
miles to Mercy Gilbert medical Center,17.7 miles to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

beds with a trundle, and has direct
access to the second bathroom. The
third bedroom has a plush queen bed
with a great view of the patio/
backyard. The second bathroom also
has 2 vanities.
Basement has Billiard's pool table, ping pong table, dart board, several board games and a mounted TV to watch your favorite sports or movies.
Step outside into the impeccably
spacious outdoor living area. You can
unwind in style in the very private
backyard with stylish and comfortable
patio furniture. Afterwards practice
your short game on the putting green
or may be take a dip in the sparkling
resort style pool. Finish the day under
the pergola while eating barbecue
from the built in grill at the patio
dinning set. You can also start your day
with a sip of your morning coffee under
the pergola. Backyard is a Perfect spot
for your family and friends to make
memories, enjoy their favorite meals
and drinks.

property including the garage. You'll
have 100% Privacy inside this Home. It
is a Keyless Entry therefore, we will

Pool is heated but optional with an extra charge of $75.00 per day if you choose to have pool heated. Let us know ahead of time if you want pool heated. Pool heats up to 85 degrees, fenced and gated, also has safety lock key on patio door. Use at your own risk. Please do not remove the pool vacuum from the pool and do not tamper with the pool heater. No glass by pool. Thank you for choosing us.
