Great location, walking distance to downtown Woodstock and there’s a grocery store across the street. Parking was easy and we loved the fire pits in the back at night. Room was spacious but felt a bit dated and dirty. Other than that it was great for a fall weekend in Woodstock.

Highly recommend staying here. I will stay here again if I’m ever planning to return to Vermont. The customer service is top notch and we really enjoyed the locally sourced homemade breakfast too. Everything was a dreamy bed and breakfast.

Our room was really nice! It was the bathrooms the reason why we didn't rate this place better. We did let the front desk know Both bathrooms had mold in the showers. One person in our party is extremely allergic to mold. I myself could clean the mold off, which I did partially. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in also.
