This Non Smoking condo has a prime location located 1/2 mile off Pigeon Forge Parkway and all the attractions found there. 5 Minutes to Dollywood, bordering Gatlinburg Golf Course and just outside the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Super clean, and well provisioned condo is a home away from home for 1-2 couples. You are invited in to a quiet setting with lots of amenities and a balcony to open a favorite bottle and listen to crickets chirping, and occasionally, golfers combing the rough for lost balls. It's a great place to leave your rat race behind and breath in fresh Tennessee mountain air. The Gatlinburg golf course borders this property complex.

You will find a super clean, comfy, two bedrooms condo each with a king bed and a good night's sleep. Each has a full service bathroom and the master bath also opens to the living room with access to a bathroom without having to go through a private bedroom.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to whip up something delicious for your culinary needs. We will also supply a coffee, tea, sugar, creamers, bottled water and popcorn to get you started. Food City is a convenient few minutes away and can supply just about everything you would want in grocery without having to meet all the traffic on the parkway. But there is also Publix, Kroger and Super Walmart if those are your preference. It will just take more time to get there.

The living area has a large flat screen with oversized chair and couch. Cuddle up with a fireplace to relax in front of for movie nite or enjoy the balcony which is quiet and surrounded by nature. It's a great place to unwind after a busy day hiking, golfing, trekking Dollywood or the many attractions on The Island or on the Parkway and find some quiet to soak up some well deserved time off.
If sticking close to the fort for a day or two, enjoy the family pool and jacuzzi hot tub. Open until 10:30 PM. The pool area is open Memorial Day to Labor Day and has a community bar area where you can sit with friends and bring your own beverage and please bring your own beach towels and don’t use bath towels. Alcoholic beverages and non alcoholic beverages are permitted in non glass or covered containers.
Golfers will love having a course so close it’s almost walkable. Gatlinburg golf course has been rated one of the most beautiful in the nation.
A picnic area below the complex has grills for BBQ’s and picnic tables to enjoy your favorite picnic specialties.

Loved the place and location ! Only thing we would want them to get is a new toaster. It was nice and quiet since this trip was for my BFF ’s reward from completing her breast cancer treatments. It was great hearing the train whistle from Dollywood a few times when we were outside.

Two days at Golfview Resort

Overall property was well maintained but pool area could be better, to far walk up hill.Unit was well maitained very very clean but no icemaker. Beds were cmfortable not broke down but a little high for elderly people. Would most definitely stay here again.

We came to TN for a week baseball tournament. Our place was clean and easy to get to. Very short drive from the Cal Ripken. The condo was clean and pool was good. We would definitely stay again if we are back in the area

Brief Spring Break 2025

Decided on spare of the moment to take my grandkids on a brief spring break trip. Condo was very clean with great accommodations. I was a little disappointed with the view. There was no view of the golf course only the turnabout for golf carts. The sink in the front bathroom also leaks. Otherwise we would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great condo, close to the action

My husband and I stayed with our 2 granddaughters and the condo was perfect! They had their room and bath and we had ours. They had coffee, tea, microwave popcorn and all needed kitchen and bath items. Sally was very informative and answered all my questions. I would definitely stay again!

Parents Anniversary Trip

Great location and unit was very clean. I did reach out to owner once about the fireplace and she responded back very quick. We never did get the fireplace to work, but it could have been me not knowing what to do with the gas line and pilot light. Would stay here again.

Great condo at a reasonable price

Very pleased with this rental, was close to the parkway and all activities. Interior was very clean and just as pictured. Parking spots under the building were separated by brick columns so no worries about door dings. Outside of building could use some updates but I wasn’t staying outside so that didn’t matter. I would definitely stay there again!

Girls trip

The actual condo was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable . Condo was nicely decorated. The traffic in Pigeon Forge this week was horrible due to a car and truck show. It took 1.5 hours to travel 6 miles. Next time we travel, we will check to make car show not happening.
