Residential lodge doubling as nightly motel. Room shabby but clean. Excellent heat and hot water. Insufficient bedclothes. Room keys did not work and had to be replaced. Registration desk not staffed on weekends but the staff we got, while overworked, was very kind and helpful. Exterior lights burnt out and trash strewed on the grounds. There was a fork jammed in the bathroom sink drain. Drains had no covers or strainers -- watch out for your small property! Warning signs and handouts state that mgmt. not responsible for damage to your car, theft from car or room, heavy fines for loss of room keys, and otherwise make you feel unsafe and insecure. Suburban neighborhood with convenient gas, shops, and aromatic restaurants nearby. The price was right, only affordable lodging open in town that weekend, Not noisy; we slept well.
