The carpet in our room was so dirty that it made my feet black and caused concerns for our 11 month old son who is still crawling. The breakfast was OK. The location was convenient.

The location is in a Ponderosa pine forest in a friendly mountain town called Pinetop. Nothing fancy but quiet and comfortable and the breakfast area had ample food and was kept very clean. I recommend shopping at the Butterfly Boutique a short walk away on the same side of the street. Great handcrafted and sustainable items.
