“Location was perfect and felt very safe. That's were the convenience ends. We are a family of 4 and only booked this place as it has a pool, jacuzzi and sleeps 4 comfortably due to having 3 beds albeit one was a sofa bed. Told to send a msg. the day before for check in details, never responded. Called the number provided, no answer. Finally via WhatsApp we got a response, after some time. We booked for 4 nights. No washing machine. No extra blankets. Had to contact the person via WhatsApp……

“Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine.”
