I loved my time here! It was my first time visiting Amsterdam and I could not have been happier. Staff was very friendly the entire time I was there, greeted me at the door and made both check in and check out smooth and painless. I’m American, so the strong English speaking presence was a major help to me. The hotel is about a 3 minute walk from the train station, and it takes maybe 10 minutes to get to the central station. There’s a little shop in the hotel and a bigger shop just across the street for anything you need. Two complementary bottles of water and free coffee were a great start! Room is cozy, but equipped with both USB and C outlets. Shower and restroom were lovely. I didn’t visit the gym, but I’m sure that was great too. No notes!

I have stayed here a few times already and it’s a great hotel. I usually book through the hotel’s website because stay here before a flight from Schiphol. The hotel offers a stay, park and fly package and it’s great. They a shuttle service that is great, all the drivers are so nice. I booked this time through hotels.com and the service was as great as it always is. I had supper at the hotel restaurant and it was fantastic!
