"The good, it was a good price and ok for 4 people.Bad. No way this house works for more than 5 people. Seating in living room is 4 max. Dining 5-6. Kitchen doesn't have a large skillet or large pot or even a spatula. Floors should have been replaced 10yrs ago. Don't go bare foot.Pictures they show must have been from 20 years ago. See pics for more.Also, only saw 1 smoke detector and no CO detector. "
