Loved the room… Checking in was fast. Loved the pool bar, staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good, staff not too experienced in waiting on the customers. Questioned me on why I wanted orange juice for breakfast, did not write down what we ordered and the order was wrong but we ate it anyway. Other than that, we had a great time at the hotel.

Loved the cleanliness of the hotel… the quick access, the pool and the things it had to offer although we wished they’d be more upfront about the cost and dreams and passes and what they include, it was a bit confusing… and I thought there would be a free continental breakfast or something similar given the cost of everything else so that was definitely offsetting but the stay ourself was nice.

Beautiful property with spacious rooms. Did not like that the pool bar and pyramid and beach hours were not disclosed were closing earlier than states on their website. Bought advance tickets and at the 3pm check in was told they were closing at 4 instead of 7. One day pool bar and restaurant didn’t open at all.

I’m my boyfriend and I loved our stay here. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I also like how close we were to Schlitterbahn and how we got discounted prices to the different attractions at Moody gardens. We will definitely be coming back.
