"The location is a little away from the main part of town, it's tucked away through the little alleyways. You'll need to be good with stairs to get to and from this place. There is no view from the ground floor rooms. The room we stayed in was very nice, the space is large and cool. There is AC/Heat units in each room. "Excellent locations and views. Easy check in and check out. The room was spotless with great amenities. Walking distance to center of town , multiple choice of restaurants and local attractions. The breakfast on the patio was exceptional."

"Even though we thought we were staying near Sassi, it was fairly easy to get there with the bus which stopped in front. Our host was extremely helpful and made it stay very positive. The room was a good size and loved our balcony."

"This is a great little place in Matera. There’s no parking available, but there is access to drop off your luggage if you need to. The check-in is remote, and there’s no elevator for the 8 steps or so you will need to take your luggage up. Definitely recommend trying one of the restaurants immediately in that area. "
