“This place is lovely! The decor is tasteful and really brings you back in time, everything is clean, well cared for and done with a lot of thought to make your getaway exceptional. I was shocked to find picnic baskets/blankets readily available as well as beach bag/towels, bicycles and lawn games are all set up. The gardens are gorgeous and maintained nicely. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating areas. We loved our stay! Finding freshly sliced apple pie, bottled water and chocolates was a nice……

“The property is absolutely beautiful. My wife and I stayed here with our three pups and it was perfect. There's a fenced in little area for the dogs with a doggy door inside and a ramp so they could go as they needed to without needing to hook them up to their leashes or carry them to the fenced in area which was a major plus early in the morning while the grass is dewy and at night to avoid the mosquitoes (because there are plenty of those.) “It was a great property and good location. Other than the fridge there was no storage space for food. The beds were very comfortable. It was well stocked for necessities. The mildew or sanitation smell was overwhelming, I bought plug in fragrances to cover the smell. Overall it was great, everything you need for a stay at the lake. The host was always very friendly and responsive, we didn’t need to contact him at all for the stay”
