"Room was not clean when arrived, had to be switch to another room. Light switch at door not working, then we were not brought any clean towels. Melanie at front desk told me to bring her dirty towels down before I could get clean towels. Then at checkout they charged us for dirty towels and pillowcases that were already stained when checked in. The worst experience I ever had with a room in my entire life. Totally disgusted"

"I absolutely loved staying at this hotel, it was very convenient for me and my 3-year-old daughter. I would definitely come back and stay again it was very clean and very quiet and I didn't have any problems out of the staff I had everything I needed and the breakfast was good"
