Staff was very accommodating. But the conditions of the room not all that great my door locked looked like someone had previously tried to break in door had scratches. I felt a bit unsafe staying the night there it was cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. Would I stay again probably not. But appreciates the family room it was convenient and helpful it was in the hotel itself

There was an extra charge on my credit card that I was unaware of when checking in or checking out. I’ve tried to reach out for an explanation and have not heard from the hotel. The bathroom had pee on the toilet and hairs in the shower. You could hear the elevators movement in the room and the door to the elevator sounded like screeching metal. This was distracting throughout the night.

When I got to the hotel and got our room it had trash all over it and when I got a new room the door was broken and the key barely worked! But the worst was when they closed the hotel down and made everyone leave, I still had one more night there and they said Expedia will refund me for that night and have not been refunded yet it’s been over a week!

Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude depuis 24 heures en lien avec un bris d’équipement. Beaucoup de coccinelle dans la chambre. Propre mais à besoin de rénovation. Je ne réserverai plus à cet endroit, mais pour le prix c’est correct.

The bathroom was not clean. There was dried urine all over the back of the toilet seat and hair in the shower. The breakfast area was dirty. The floor was sticky and the counters were filthy. There wasn’t a single employee around to tell that the juice machine was out. The pool area was equally dirty and there weren’t any clean towels. Very disappointed and will not be staying here in the future.

Arrived at 4pm. There was a note at the desk "had to leave back in 5 minutes" 15 minutes later a girl showed up with food she had got from somewhere. She apologized and talked to someone one in the room just behind the desk who had obviously been there the whole time we were waiting. The point of trip was to take my kids swimming during a cold winter. Heater was turned off in the pool, pool was 65 degrees, unable to be swam in. At first they played stupid about the temperature. After annoying them enough they had a guy check the pool who said "yeah its 65, but the heater is at 72, it should be warm soon" Really? A huge pool in a 65 degree heated room with 65 degree water will be heated "in a few minutes". So swimming was not available. The next morning i brought my daughter down for breakfast at 7:30\. There was 1 guest eating and no hot food left. Woman running the thing said give me 10 minutes and i'll get some food out. The vending machines were out of order and when we went to leave the sliding door wouldn't open. The woman at the desk just looked at us and said, "yeah the sliding door gets stuck, you need to slide it open by hand." The room was nice enough and clean but the accommodations and customer service of these people is absolutely horrible. I would encourage anyone thinking of staying here to stay at any one of the other hotels nearby.

Said that there was an on site bar that has been closed since 2020 No towels at the pool and there was ants not very clean

My room was good, beds were comfortable. The check in was good. I didn't care for the pool, it needs desperately needs TLC, the floor looked dirty and the hot tub water wasn't clear. One of the main reasons why I booked at this hotel. The breakfast was disappointing, the eggs were mushy and the bacon uncooked.

The hotel was close to all the dining and desserts we wanted. The room was clean as well as the hotel. We used the hot tub and pool, both we very enjoyable.
