"Overall a good experience but a few inconveniences of the house. There’s no AC in the living space and the fan was broken over the dining room table so it was pretty hot. The oven only goes to 260 degrees which made it mostly unusable for us. If there were a walking path to the beach the property would be amazing. But sadly, there’s a locked gate in front of the path.
