"The staff is so kind and attentive The breakfast was great The room was really clean but wish there were more rugs, water was everywhere when we showered The balcony was a good addition to our stay, not the best view but we enjoyed the access. Parking was terrible in the area though, we had to drive almost an hour to look for a spot. "

"The internet connection was poor in the room. The room is very quiet and nice except people smoke in the balcony, and that's quite disturbing. On the day before my checkout date, room service personnel did not leave any floor towel for the bathroom, and the shower water was flooding the bathroom floor. Other than that, the overall experience was good."

"Loved the place, super clean, daily housekeeping was great. Amazing view of the beach and quiet area for a girls trip where we felt safe. We had gone to Palma center for dinner and walked around at night and felt uncomfortable so we were so glad we booked this hotel it met all expectations. There is no parking on site so just prepare if you are short on time but it never took us more than 15 mins tops to find parking. We also went in late sept-October. Staff was great, i liked that they had a locker for luggage and room was spacious in terms of European standard. I would definitely recommed. "
