I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was very poor. The staff was unfriendly, unprofessional, and did not seem to care about the guests' concerns. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, I felt like I was being ignored instead of helped. Good customer service is one of the most important parts of any hotel experience, and unfortunately, this hotel completely failed in that regard. Another major issue was the excessive noise throughout the hotel. The walls seemed to be very thin, and I could constantly hear people talking, doors slamming, and noise from the hallways and surrounding rooms, even late at night. Because of this, I was unable to get a proper night's sleep, which made my stay very uncomfortable. The bathroom was also in unacceptable condition. It was not clean when I arrived, and it looked poorly maintained. A clean and sanitary bathroom is something every guest should expect, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. The lack of cleanliness made me question the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Between the poor customer service, the constant noise, and the unacceptable cleanliness, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many other places that provide much better service and a far more comfortable stay. I would not choose to stay here again.
