Porto Pim Beach Tours

L'accueil etait super et rapide. Les lieux sont propres mais un peu vieux. La piscine et la nourriture ont été particulièrement apprécié de notre famille. Le seul bémol est le matelas, pas du tout confortable, assez dure. Mais dans l'ensemble, pour le prix c'était très bien.

The pool is not heated and even the kids had difficulty swimming at the end of June. Beach is nice to walk on. Did not go in the water. Jellyfish on the beach. The food is ok, not many options for kids and strong on fish (with lots of bones still in). Water is not included with dinner, so a minimum of 5 euros for a bottle. Hotel is a bit dated. Music in the hallways on speakers start at 7am. The grounds are nice and well maintained. The check in staff was nice and the kids enjoyed the flavored water at the desk. Parking was easy and free. Good location for activities nearby.

Wonderful 3 nights stay, just wish we could have stayed longer. Slightly sketchy arrival as no one to check us in but pressed a buzzer and spoke to member of staff who gave us a lock box code to retrieve our key and arrival info. The following morning we met her and she checked Everything was ok with our first night (which it was) Breakfast was great, freshly baked cake each day, selection of fruits, breads, cereals, ham & cheese, juices, coffee & tea. Although the times worked fine for us, I can understand 8.30 breakfast start, might not suit everyone. The room was perfect, even with 2 grown up kids as the sofa bed spilt in to 2 singles. Our outdoor secluded patio was perfect to listen to the sounds of the birds & stream . On our final morning we had mentioned to Patrice (so sorry if name wrong) that we had hand washed through some clothes but they were still very damp. She had mentioned on the first morning , laundry could be done, but we hadn’t taken up the offer. We just said could you dry our items, but within an hour or so, she’d freshly washed, dried & folded everything perfectly and handed it pack all ready to pack!! You don’t get that kind of service everywhere! All in all, 10 out of 10 from us. If I did have to find one thing though…a nice welcome pack/gift is there on arrival but I don’t recall any milk for a brew. We were only left a couple of t-bags & sugar, but we always carry our own so it was no big deal to us . Thank you for a truly wonderful stay
