Extremely disappointing experience. We have stayed at Holiday Inn & Suites several times over the years because our daughter plays travel ball and we travel frequently for tournaments. Unfortunately, after this stay, we will no longer be choosing this hotel for our future travels. Our room went THREE DAYS without being cleaned or serviced. We even spoke to staff face-to-face and specifically asked for our room to please be cleaned because it had not been touched in days. Despite asking directly, nothing was done. Our trash was never emptied, dirty towels were not removed, and clean towels and other basic room necessities were not replenished. We understand that hotels can be busy and housekeeping schedules may vary, but going three days without basic service—and then still being ignored after personally asking for help—is completely unacceptable. When you are paying for a hotel stay, you should not have to repeatedly ask for something as basic as having your trash removed and clean towels provided. As a travel sports family, we stay in hotels often, and dependable service matters to us. Holiday Inn & Suites has been a hotel we’ve used multiple times, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the lack of care, follow-through, and basic customer service during this stay has lost our business. We will be staying elsewhere for future tournaments and trips.

It’s a nice place to stay, and convenient to downtown. My main suggestion is to install safety bars in the tub/showers for us “older” folks.
