Parking and making door to hotel initially difficult to find as there are a couple le of hotels in the same location
Desk staff member when I checked in was very rude. She explained something to me very quickly and I was very tired after a long day and did not get it
She was condescending and just plain rude. Staff at the desk should understand that sometimes travellers come in and they are very tired
