Overall a very good visit. Friendly staff, excellent service. There were problems upon checkin, but they resolved things and made it right. I would return.

Great location, great breakfast buffet and waitresses staff very nice and helpful. In terms of front desk. Some staff are Rude, unprofessional, lack of compassion and unfriendly. If you arrived late night, be ready to be welcomed by Mr. Condory, Don't say anything or ask anything, he wont solve anything but worsen any issue you may have, he is totally rude. Rooms presents a lost of humidity, no windows, restroom not tissues papers, and towels are very old and stained. Manager doest not solve any issue that gets complained, she has lack of knowledge on how to manage a hotel business. Instead looking an accommodation to minimize or correct the stressful citations that costumer may have, she won't do anything, but apologizes vaguely because she does not implied empathy or at least recognized hotels staff wrong doing. I was here for a week, and had a los of stress caused by some front desk . misinformation and lock of knowledge in costumer service.

Great property in a lovely upscale neighbourhood. Excellent value for money.
