The soaking tubs are amazing. The staff is all friendly. Breakfast was mostly pastries . Coffee was so strong ! We went downstairs around9 pm for box of Kleenex and how to turn heater on he had a hoodie on over his head and was asleep or passed out ! We did not bother him we grabbed a box of Kleenex and went back to the room . We did have good food downstairs and our wait was the best part of the entire experience!
