Very Ignorant and maybe you might want to put on your booking sites that you don’t accept Animals because I came All the way from Pennsylvania and I have a emotional support animal and will never recommend this place for anyone

The room was pleasant and clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast room was clean and well-kept. The attendant was constantly checking the food and supplies and willing to help anyone with their specific needs. It is located downtown Bay City and is surrounded by the main roads but it was well sound conditioned so once you walked in you couldn't hear the traffic whizzing by constantly. It was also walkable to many restaurants which was great since we didn't want to have to get into the car again to drive to a restaurant. They also have a wonderful indoor pool.
