The fourth bedroom also has two teak beds and fitted wardrobes, full bathroom and private sunbathing terrace with distant sea and mountain views. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Following energy saving and efficiency measures, this villa has programmed air conditioning, which can be used during midday and throughout the night.
Outside, there is a magnificent, crystal-clear 12-metre long swimming pool with steps at the corners. The house also has well-furnished terraces surrounding the pool and other areas of the house.
