Programmen, Warmwasser kommt sofort. Sehr freundliche Vermittlerin und Vermieter, nettes Willkommensarrangement mit Rotwein, Süssigkeiten, Wasserflaschen und Wasser für die Kaffeemaschine. Wenn die Beheizbarkeit des Hauses durch Abdichtung der Fenster und Türen verbessert würde, kämen wir gerne im nächsten Februar oder März wieder. Abdichtung der Fenster und Außentüren empfohlen, es zieht bei Wind stark durch die Ritzen und das Haus ist dadurch relativ schwierig beheizbar. Kaffeemaschine war stark verkalkt und dadurch funktionslos, haben wir entkalkt und dann lief sie problemlos.
