Having a confirmation does not guarantee you will actually have a room when you arrive, a frustrating issue that has repeatedly happened to many guests.The service here is incredibly unprofessional. Upon arrival, I was completely ignored for 15 to 20 minutes while the owner and on-duty staff were distracted doing laundry and babysitting children in the reception area.When the manager finally acknowledged me, he was hostile and rude. I was told my room had already been given away, and he unhelpfully suggested I go to their "sister hotel." However, when I asked him to confirm if the sister property even had an available room, he refused to check and told me that if they couldn't accommodate me, I would just have to get a refund. Save yourself the immense hassle and avoid this place entirely.
