Great communication with host. Great appliances kitchen with comfortable living room and bedrooms. Nice bathroom with plenty of towels and great water pressure. We loved the quiet neighborhood and sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs relaxing, reading and watching the birds. Nice walk to Orange Lake, Cote River and downtown. So nice to be able to take our dog on vacation and walk all over with her. Wonderful vacation cottage! Great place to stay while visiting New Port Richey, Tampa and the surrounding areas!

I chose this VRBO because it advertized a fenced in backyard. It was fenced, it opened into a access alley. Other than that the house was clean, well laid out and comfortable. We brought our pups and wanted them to have a place to play as well, but we walked a lot.

Visiting Family

We booked this house last minute when the weather was bad in Tennessee and we were looking for a warm place to visit. The price was great and the house ended up being only 10 minutes from family. It was very clean and quiet and comfy. Loved it!

The cottage is located to many small brew houses and restaurants. The walking distance to town was great. The house was cute and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the people were friendly.

Quiet Neighborhood

We were very pleased about how cutely decorated this home was. Beds are very comfortable and allowed great sleeping. The neighborhood is extremely quiet which was very nice. Would stay again!

Family Gathering for Baby Shower

Adorable little place. Comfortable inside and out. Beautiful walk to downtown NPR. Plenty to do, shop, eat, drink, play park for the kids. I love downtown! This place was minutes away from my family. Everything You Need in a Great Location

The property was lovely and the communication with the property manager was particularly exceptional. Walking distance to downtown & Sims Park and a reasonable driving distance to a number of activities including beaches.

Great Stay in NPR!

Loved this location, numerous activities to do and close to downtown; can walk to restaurants and beautiful park! Would return to New Port Richey in the future; Patrick was prompt with his replies and most accommodating. Property was decorated in a farm theme with basic essentials. Some of the photos could be updated to show current furnishings. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Florida visit

Our place made us feel like we were at home. We like how centrally located it was to everything. It was very homey with lovely decorations throughout the house. "Our" house was clean and had all the items we needed for a comfortable week stay.

Nice stay for mature couple and 2 little dogs

The 2 BR cottage is quite comfortable and has a yard that was great for our 2 Chiahuahuas. The bathroom and kitchen are functional with nice appliances and a good shower. There is a separate dining room with a washer/dryer. Easy walking distance to restaurants and a very nice park with egrets, ducks and squirrels which had our dogs quite intrigued. The host is local and very responsive though we didn't encounter any urgent issues during our stay. The cottage is ideal for a couple and children and/or dogs.

Get-away stay in New Port Richey

Quaint cottage in convenient location

Very clean and nicely decorated cottage in a quiet neighborhood. We were there for a week. We used the cottage as a 'home base' while looking for waterfront property. It was so nice to come home to each evening to rest after long days of driving around the west coast of Florida. We had our little dog with us. We loved that we could walk a few blocks to the adorable downtown area of New Port Richey with her for dinner. There are a lot of dog friendly restaurants. The cottage was mostly well equipped for cooking although we only made breakfast. The host was very quick in responses to our questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice stay.

I feel the house was just as advertized, just what I expected. Nice location, close to downtown, easy to walk into town. Didn't have much luck finding a close by nice beach, but I kind of knew that. Reasonable rate, the pups enjoyed it too. Would stay there again for sure.

QUAINT

Very Easy to find and move in, we stayed for a mpnth because we were in search of our own property to buy, for long term stay the sofa was unconfortable but owner said it would be changed out, the toilet was to small and owner change out to newer style , we found the beds to be somewhat hard for long stay but not unconforable , your own bed is always better lol ,we found the uptown short walks very fun epsecially when we found small puppy for sale needing our help ,wish i could show pictures , it was not as hot as all who told us, we set at the Whisley Joes tiki bar and found a breeze almost eveyday, Pat was very very helpful in leaving cleaning supplies and items, we had to purchase some to liking , his shower was tiles and easy to use , parking was always easy , the only thing we missed was a pool . lol the little cottage was cute and had all the conforts of your home dishes toaster , washer dryer easy acess, floors easy to maintain, window blinds easy to use if needed the extra sheets to wash and clean in long stay were nice closets plenty of room, epesially loved the bathroom sink and shelving space , the only thig i would want is maybe an above ground pool and a possible 4 inich sponge in closet to add to bed for preference , we loved Cristini 's breakafast place and we loved how dog freindly the town was! you can take your pet anywheres ! we did not purchase home but know this is the area we want to be in, Thank you Pat for the use of your cottage it reminded me of ours in Indiaina , and your home swimmng poo; for a day that was so thoughtful,

Lovely cottage feel

Myself and 13 year old daughter stayed here for a staycation as we are from the area. We loved the country cottage feel to this 2 bedroom home with all the furnishings of home . The bathroom (my favorite ) was so cute !!!!check in was super easy and great communication from owner .I would definitely rent from this owner again.
