We had such a wonderful stay! The staff went above and beyond to make our visit special — truly some of the most accommodating people we’ve ever met. As a lovely surprise, they even comped our dinner at the Italian restaurant, which isn’t part of the all-inclusive package. It was an incredible experience — highly recommend it if you enjoy Italian seafood with a creative Egyptian twist. Definitely a must-try! The property itself is beautiful and impressively maintained. There are seven pools, each spotless and well-staffed, offering something for everyone — whether you’re looking to relax or have a bit of fun. The Meditation Beach is another highlight: peaceful, clean, and perfectly kept, ideal for unwinding and taking in the views. Evenings are lively and full of energy — they host DJ parties for both kids and adults every night, which really add a fun and refreshing vibe to the stay. It’s a great way to break the routine and make lasting memories. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hospitality, atmosphere, and attention to detail make this resort a place we’ll definitely return to.

The staff were very kind and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, we booked three rooms.the room needs renovation, the washroom requires maintenance, and the air conditioning was not working properly. With some improvements to the facilities, the experience would be much better.
