Amazing!

We have been visiting CSB for about 25 years and this was our first time in this house.. We’ve stayed in some really wonderful homes, but this may be our favorite. Clearly newly renovated, the decor is lovely. It’s spacious and accommodated our large group quite well. The kitchen is well appointed, but the best part of the house is the view from the very large back porch! We will be back!!

Be aware...no refunds for mandatory evacuations.

Despite VRBO stating that they expected their properties to provide refunds as a result of hurricane Helene mandatory evacuations, Cape & Coast refused. Thankfully, I did purchase trip insurance, but I'm sure that those who did not will just be out of luck. Also, upon arrival at 7 pm, there was a gate and no one provided us with the gate code. Hungry, tired, trying to find someone who could let us in. Otherwise a nice (abbreviated) stay.

Another Wonderful Stay at Graceland

The house was wonderful. It was near perfect upon arrival. We had no negative issues during the stay other than Tropical Storm Nicole. It was still a wonderful stay and really look forward to returning. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with this property.

Dream Week

What a dream GraceLand is!! The house, the views, the sunsets, the beautiful beach….I felt like we were in a dream!! Our family had the best time and we cannot wait to make many more memories at Graceland!

Awesome Vacation

House is beautiful, perfect for us! Elevator was a plus! We all enjoyed the screened in porch and the beds are so comfortable! Appliances top notch and the sunsets are breathtaking! We are already looking at dates for a 2 week stay next year!

Best of Secluded Dunes

The beautiful home is the perfect location—last home on the beach before the State Park. It was spacious, gorgeously decorated, with comfy beds and pillows, a screen porch area that we lived in when weather allowed, and an inside open living space for cooking and playing board games that kept our family connected. The beach was not crowded, the white sand and colorful sunsets capped off just what this Midwest family needed from our vacation! I already miss the lapping of those gulf waves! Would definitely stay here again!

Seven Days Goes Fast

The house was better than advertised. The $250 equipment allowance was great. Equipment was waiting on us upon arrival. The house was very clean. Access to beach was perfect. Can’t say enough positive things about the property or rental process. Loved the technical aspects of the home. Figured out the TVs and remotes pretty quickly. The solar system demonstrates the owners commitment to the environment and the “Cape”. Have already booked for next year. Thank you so much for the use of your wonderful home.

Nice home with the BEST VIEW!!!

Reviewer Comments: The home was nicely done by the owners.Despite what I’m writing below, would I stay here again...ABSOLUTELY!!The things below are just to help the owners correct some minor things that would make this place flawless!!Being the last house on the cape gave some incredible privacy and allowed us to enjoy our own little part of the cape all to ourselves!!If I had to critique anything...the kitchen was kind of under stocked. We only had 6 people stay and cups/plates ran out throughout the day.The built in ice maker was inoperable.The TV’s throughout the house were inconsistent with which apps and which programs were logged in to utilize.Not once throughout the week did the neighborhood gate work when exiting. We had to get out and walk around to the entrance side to put in the code (not the houses fault, but annoying)There was no welcome guide to the home with passwords and how-to’s for the home.The hot water takes a literal 5 mins to reach the master bath. (And this was with both sinks, and the shower running trying to speed up the process)The skim board at the house was rotten and wood flaking off of it, making it unusable.THERES NO BEACH CHAIRS OR UMBRELLA! (This one shocked me as I expect a rental of this caliber to have its own chairs for the property.)The cushions for the porch were nasty with stains all over them. Very unsettling.

Fantastic family vacation in Cape San Blas

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Graceland in Hidden Dunes is a lovely, upscale home that was perfect for our group of 11. We loved the location, as we enjoyed both the ocean and the bay (which is an easy walk away and feels like you are in the Bahamas! Plan to spend one day on the "bay-beach!" We loved the kitchen and gas stove, as we cooked together most evenings (there's a great little seafood market just down the road.) We loved the utility room next to the kitchen, the ice maker, the wine cooler and the extra space...especailly since we brought tons of groceries! The only issue was the wasn't removed from the previous guests and got stinky during the week. And, don't expect to use the didn't work all week. Other than those two things...this was the perfect house and the perfect week.

This home has everything and then some that you will need for a carefree vacation. The views were stunning both the sunrise from the front porches and the sunsets from the back porches with comfortable seating to enjoy them from. Inside the home had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated.

Family Time!

Could not have asked for a more beautiful home! The kitchen was stocked with just about everything you could ask for if you like to cook. Extra frig was perfect for holding extra beverages, huge plus. Now neither ice maker was in working condition so we had to continue to buy ice for the cooler, but that was a minor thing. When we arrived the trash can was full and then we had our trash for the week as well. They sent a guy out to get the trash but he only took enough so the lid would close. I had to pick up trash everyday because of critters getting in it. Good thing we were at the end of the road cause it was an ugly mess by the end of the week when the folks before us had trash and then added ours for the week to it. The biggest issue with the location is you don't get WIFI, or at least that what we were told once we called about it. We had to go 3 miles away 4-5x a day for connections to check emails. So if you work while on vacation this is not where you want to be. Now if you just want to get away from everyone and ALL social media then this is the perfect place. They might want to add the WIFI issue to the description so you will know this before you book. I also suggest a ramp instead of all the steps to the beach to make it more handicap accessible and easier to use the pull cart to the beach. Other than the few issues we had, it is still a Beautiful Home and we made it work!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Graceland is a great home. One of the best on the Cape. We've been renting on the Cape for 10 years and owned property at a point so great vacation spot period. My only disappointment this time was internet access. Secluded Dunes has always been that and apparently with growth comes Road paving, etc. However, it would have been nice if provisions were made for securing this before the construction crew literally ripped the DSL cable off the house. BTW DSL..REALLY??? I wish the Cape and Coast staff would have been a little more honest that there was NO WAY that service would be restored during our stay. I had several video meetings and thank goodness for hotspots. Verizon was ok depending on where you were in the house. I hope one day the Cape figures out a cell tower somewhere in the middle would address these issues and provide coverage everywhere. If it wasn't a working vacation I would have been thrilled for a complete black out. Oh well, next time. I'll be back later this year and plan to spend 2 weeks to have a complete vacation!

Absolutely Amazing

We loved our time at Graceland. The house is just as lovely as it looks in the pictures. We especially loved the fully stocked kitchen. The owners went above and beyond with all of the little touches they added around the house. We had to contact the property management a couple of times and they responded quickly and followed up to make sure everything was resolved. The only thing I will mention is that the listing says the house has wifi but it barely works. We couldn't get more than two phones connected and and once we did it made the apps on the TV, like Netflix, unusable. We were planning on staying in the house and working remotely but had to leave after a week to go back to work. The internet provider came out to the house once but said the package provided is only 4MB so you might as well not have internet. Everything else about the house is nice but I thought it was worth mentioning. Overall, I can't say enough good things about the house and the management company.

Beautiful House

The house was beautiful! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked very well with good quality items. We cooked every meal and we didn't have any problem not having what we needed to prepare the meal. The house was clean and the layout was perfect. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. (pillows were a bit hard). There were games and puzzles for the kids when the got tired in the evenings. The location couldn't have been more perfect! Just a few steps down to the water to spend the day sitting and enjoying the perfect ocean. It wasn't crowded at all with being right next to the park. There were a few "beach cars" that would park behind us and walk into the beach park area since they weren't allowed to drive into the park. The outside of the house was perfect! Where to start? The firepit! Was awesome in the evenings (when the bugs weren't bitting) It was so nice for the adults to sit around the fire in the evenings. The swings! So fun to sit and swing and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The outside bathroom and shower! This really was a lifesaver! We loved the bathroom on the outside ground level. It saved us from having to run in and out of the house constantly making a mess. The younger boys also used the shower out there as well. In addition, there is another shower outside as well. Along with the hose to spray off feet/legs, there is no reason to track sand into the house! As perfect as Graceland is, there are a couple of negatives I'll share. 1) There aren't locks on any inside doors (even bathrooms). Which led to some awkward moments with kids running into rooms. 2) No blinds/curtains in bedrooms. While the sunrise was beautiful, i would rather have been able to sleep in a bit longer. Also, the house behind us had a clear view into one of the bedrooms. 3) The internet was pretty much uselsess. We got better connection using cellular than connecting to the wifi. We couldn't get the tv to really work unless we used our cellular hotspots. Small tradeoff with the seclusion of the house. Overall, I would say this is the best property we have stayed in. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, clean, secluded spot on the ocean. Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Great House, Great Location
