“Jerry was very friendly and welcoming; he made sure I knew where everything was and let me borrow his hiking guides to plan my next day. Very helpful! The place itself is as advertised. The bed was comfortable, the unit had an individual AC/heat unit, and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall, I would stay again if I were back in the area. ”

“The apartment was larger than a motel room. The kitchen was well equipped. The unit was very clean and conveniently located. The queen bed mattress was okay for my wife but too soft for me. The futons would work for small children but not for adults.”

“This is our 2nd year staying at the maverick apartment in Wolfeboro. If you can’t have a beach house on the lake, this is a great location for enjoying downtown Wolfeboro. You can walk to everything and the apartment is clean and pretty well stocked. While the apartment is on one level, there are 10 steps up to the entrance. We usually found parking but it can be a challenge. We bring a couple of extra frying pans—and only one closet has a rod. But the kitchen is efficient with new appliances....
