We loved having our own fridge. Everything was perfect, location, very clean, very helpful and lovely staff, always there if you needed anything. If you didn't want to walk then there is a lovely restaurant next door, it's part of the same building but a separate business. Located outside the cruise terminal, straight in front. Breakfast was included and located around the corner at Eurostar hotel, buffet style and help yourself, it was very good and a great selection. There were also biscuits & cakes you could help yourself to at the guest house. We could not fault this place and would highly recommend it. Sara is the best host! She made sure we were taken care of. We had a nice, spacious 2 room suite with a balcony. Breakfast included at the restaurant was listed as Continental breakfast, but was more like all you could ever want. Fresh rolls, pastries, ham, cheese, fruit, eggs, juice and coffee. Restaurant staff were welcoming. Short walk to the beach, and plenty of nearby restaurants. Short walk into town center, easy bus ride to Porto. Het hotel kom je in met een code en zo ook de kamer. Paula stond ons op te wachten om even kennis te maken. Kamers waren top. Geen slot op de badkamerdeur, maar was voor ons niet erg. Dicht bij het strand en er hing een hele gezellige sfeer. Vooraf waren wij bang voor geluiden van het industrieterrein, maar echt geen last van gehad. De taxi’s waren goedkoop om overal te komen. Wij waren met 4 personen, dus de taxi overal heen nemen was goedkoper dan het ov. Het ontbijt zat inbegrepen en je hoefde maar te zitten en ze brachten alles. Elke ochtend nieuwe soorten fruit, toast, stokbrood, ham, kaas, jam, yoghurt met cornflakes, just orange en noem maar op. I highly recommend although if you want a spacious room ensure you request not to be in room 5.. it’s in the eves and not for anyone over 6ft..
