Perfect place in perfect location.

Isabel communicated early and helped us plan everything. She was there for check in and showed us her beautiful home where we would stay. We loved everything about this home and Porto! Isabel gets top reviews!!!

Nothing short of spectacular.

First of all, Isabel met us at the front door, and gave us a detailed introduction to the suite plus at least 20-30 minutes of her time showing us on a tourist map places we may wish to visit/restaurants etc. Location is stellar if you are willing and able to walk the hills and explore Porto on foot. The suite overlooks the river which we enjoyed every much, and is beautifully decorated and clean. We had everything we needed. The bed is very comfortable!

This is without a doubt a great place to stay while you're in Portugal! 100% recommended!

Isabel proved to be an exceptional host, taking significant steps to make our stay memorable. The Duoro Valley wine tour and river cruise she organized stood out as a highlight of our trip, adding a special touch to our experience. Additionally, her transportation service from the airport was quite convenient; Andra greeted us with a sign, which made our arrival feel smooth and hassle-free.Her home was not only comfortable but also located in a fantastic spot with beautiful views of the Duoro River. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we particularly enjoyed the excellent water pressure and cozy bed. Communication with Isabel was always pleasant, and the checkout process was straightforward.We also had the pleasure of dining at two wonderful restaurants from her extensive recommendations, and each meal was more enjoyable than the last. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing property and host!

The apartment is beautiful and well-appointed. Isabel is a wonderful host. She met us at the apartment and provided tons of information before and during our stay. The location is excellent for walking and enjoying this beautiful historic district. We highly recommend this place.

Incredible stay & amazing host

If you book a stay here, Isabel goes out of her way to provide so many things to do, from restaurants, to tours, to pretty much everything you’ll need for your time in Porto! The location was perfect for us. Check in and check out was smooth. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect in every way!

From before our arrival, our host Isabel made every effort to make our stay in Porto seamless. Upon arrival we were greeted and educated by her on sights and places of interest including her willingness to book excursions for us. The accommodations were immaculate and the location perfect. Luxury in Porto

Beautiful and luxurious apartment with all the touches of a 5 star hotel and the peacefulness of a neighborhood. Isabel was in communication from the moment we booked to when we checked out. Many suggestions of things to do and places to eat. She reserved tours for us which took the stress out of planning. We had the most wonderful driver and tour guide and a lovely breakfast delivered every morning all arranged by Isabel. We were able to walk everywhere. She is an exceptional host and her apartment is a perfect place to stay. It was a dream vacation! When we come back to Porto, we will always stay at Isabel’s lovely home.

Home Away From Home

Excellent all around. This apartment and owner would be my template for getting it right, at ALL LEVELS. Ten out of Ten. We chose this VRBO because of the reviews, and they were spot on.

Wonderful Porto Stay!

Enjoyed a wonderful stay in Porto at this lovely property. Very clean. Nice central location with a great river view. Isabel is an exceptional host. Met us upon arrival and provided excellent information and recommendations before, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Two nights in Porto

Isabel was a fantastic host, met us at the property with a map and suggestions for places to go and things to do, property was well kept and very clean. One word of warning, the property is on quite a steep hill, so those ith a large amount of luggage and/or those not comfortable with hills should be careful.

Fell in love

I absolutely loved my stay here. Probably the most enjoyable property I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in. So clean. Beautiful view. SUPER comfortable. My favorite part is the hospitality of the host. As a tourist this is incredibly helpful. Highly recommend this place and i would definitely book here again.

The view from this beautiful property is fabulous. We were very lucky to have found such a wonderful apartment and Isabel, the hostess was absolutely amazing. Her thoughtfulness and care towards us was exceptional, Isabel made our trip to the beautiful city of Porto so memorable. The unit is beautifully decorated & has a wonderful view of the river. Conveniently located. 2 nd floor & around 40 steps to the unit. Host was really nice & gave super suggestions. Dish washer not clothes washing machine.

Wonderful apartment in old town Porto, great view of Douro River

The Host was phenomenal, provided lots of information, very helpful. Apartment is beautiful, clean, modern decor in very old building, opens directly onto steep, narrow stone road. View of Douro River from windows. Great location, short walk to River and center city sites. About 30 stair walk up, but worth it for the view and highly recommend if mobility not an issue. Added bonus is neighborhood laundress who does wash/dry/fold for €5,50 per load!

Simply Lovely

My husband and I absolutely loved our time in Isabel’s flat. It was beautifully decorated & the river view was perfect. But more than that, Isabel was a wonderful hostess. We communicated for months ahead of our stay, helping me make plans. When we arrived, she sat with us for about an hour giving us outstanding advice of where to go in Porto (marking everything on a map). She even booked the Douro River Valley tour for us. And her restaurant recommendations were amazing. She also arranged breakfast for us that was made by a local woman and was delivered right on time which was delightful. I highly recommend staying in Isabel’s VRBO. You won’t be disappointed.

Paradise in Porto

Puerto was the first city we visited during our trip to Portugal. It could not have been a better experience, and it was made much richer due to the care and attentiveness of our host, Isabel. The home was beautiful, clean, and located precisely where we had hoped.—close to the center of activities, yet in a peaceful neighborhood. If you plan to visit, Porto, you will not go wrong by choosing this property, and working with Isabel, a true delight.

Amazing Time In Porto

Isabel's apartment was the perfect location for us to explore the city and enjoy the festival of Sao Jao while in Porto. Isabel greeted us upon our arrival. She and her son helped us with our luggage and spent time telling us about all of the recommended sights and activities around the city. The apartment was immaculate and a a perfect location for walking to many of the beautiful sites in the city. We were able to enjoy a view of the river from the apartment also. Isabel was so responsive from the time we booked the apartment until the time we checked out. She provided a lot of information about the city and answered any questions we had. We highly recommend Isabel's apartment and hope to visit again one day.

Fantastic apartment!

Isabell was more than I could’ve. Hope for! Not only did she keep in touch with me a year after I had to cancel my previous trip due to Covid, but she went above and beyond with her recommendations and her arrangements for certain tours and transportation. Great location, close to all the fun happenings in this amazing city.

The Perfect Stay

From the moment we arrived in Porto picked up by the driver Isobel had arranged for us. She was there to meet us at her amazing apartment which has a great view over the river. It had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. We took her advise on all the places to visit and found a few places along the way. The people were lovely, the food and wine delicious. Isobel is a wonderful host. We hope to return!

Perfection

This was our first international VRBO stay and it didn’t disappoint. I could go on and on, but the host Isabel, from the first 5 minutes after booking was messaging me about what we could expect and if we needed anything. This continue for months prior and she was soooo helpful with suggestions for dinner and places to see. She was the best and I highly suggest you book this property.
