“This hotel was booked mainly on price but after booking in, we decided to stay for the week. Potenza is a lovely little town with all kinds of bars and restaurants where you will meet interesting, friendly people. I would post photos but they say they are too big. Get with the program hotes.com The hotel is close to everything you need without having to walk for more than a few minutes and has few tourists. Great museum, which Vittorio allowed us to visit while it was supposedly closed, great……

“There was no place to check in. I went to the door that indicated it was a real estate office, which was the closest thing to an office. No one answered. Went three different times trying to get in. They have boarded windows. Never did see the inside of the place.”

“If you want to stay in Avigliano you don’t have much choice but not to worry. You will love it. I was met by the beautiful Mariana who can give you directions anywhere in the area. She is key to your stay and available basically 24/7. The room was spotless including the modern bathroom. My window faced the town where I could see everything going on.
