Located in Central Oregon's Brasada Ranch Resort community this custom designer home has mountain views out multiple windows and comes fully stocked with all the features you'd expect to have for a luxury stay! 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 This home is built with vacationers in mind with two master bedrooms and oversized rooms to provide plenty of space for guests. The home is decorated with designer furniture and comes with a fully stocked kitchen (spices not included) featuring professional stainless steel appliances perfect for big groups and entertaining. Special amenities include high speed wifi, Internet connected smart tv's in living room and bedrooms, gas fireplace, private patio, hot tub, and ping pong table. The dining room seats 8 people with an additional 5 bar stools at the oversized 10ft long island. High chair is available in walk in pantry. Rooms in this house were built to accommodate families as well as large groups. Bedroom layout is as follows. One master bedroom and bathroom down stairs. One bunk bed room downstairs featuring queen over queen bunk bed, and a twin over twin bunk bed. Upstairs includes one master bedroom with private deck and attached jack and jill bathroom with a double vanity sink. Upstairs also includes one guest bedroom. All bedrooms except the bunk room come with king size beds. 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 You'll have access to our cabin and a wide range of amenities at Brasada Ranch! RESORT AMENITIES: You will have complete access to private 18-hole golf course, spa services, athletic club pools, fitness center, yoga studio, locker rooms with showers and steam saunas, open-air peloton studio, outdoor tennis courts, pickleball, half-basketball court, horseback tours, stocked fishing ponds, kids center, and daily kids' activities (some require advanced reservations and additional fees). Please note that the availability of specific amenities may change at the discretion of the resort without prior notice. The listing on this property was exactly as advertised! This was our first trip Brasada, so we weren’t aware that there was no grocery store anywhere close- there is an overpriced General Store with a handful of essentials. Luckily we got majority of our groceries beforehand, but we still needed some other items. Safeway in Redmond was a 30 minute drive away. The refrigerator was able to hold a lot, but it took some work to make it all fit. We would have loved having a refrigerator freezer in the garage to hold overflow items/ drinks, as we had 8 in our party. However, the house itself was excellent! Hot tub and grill and outdoor patio was located in a private area away from neighborhood street. The kitchen was well appointed, and plenty of seating around the house. Paul and his staff were super responsive to questions or needs. The only minor annoyance we had was there were only 4 kitchen draw string sacks available when We arrived, which we went through in a day due to the size of our party, and we had to wait a day to get more delivered. We loved the amenities of the Brasada Club itself which has a beautiful pool/deck and pool slide for kids! The house provided a golf cart which really made it easy and fun to get around. The club provided rackets and paddles for tennis and pickle ball, lots of biking and walking trails, and a gorgeous golf course. The house was just as it was shown online. Clean, modern, and plenty of space for my family. The hosts were very accommodating and understanding as we had a family member pass and would be unable to stay for our original booking dates. The hosts graciously offered us a window to reschedule (if available) and it was such a generous offer. My family and I were able to enjoy Brasada Ranch after a hectic and exhausting few weeks. Space for everyone, comfortable beds, a large gathering area and kitchen that was fully stocked and extra amenities like room sprays and essential oils that added delight to a wonderful week. Owners were great to work with, generous, and responsive. We saw the mice running around the living room all over my young children’s toys before we went to bed. The mice pooped all over every single room of the first floor as we tried to sleep (but of course were unable to!) They even ruined our personal items with their poop. We had to spend our second full day of vacation cleaning up mouse poop and disinfecting our personal items. It was terrible given we still had 5 days left of our family vacation within which we were to celebrate 2 family members birthdays. Luckily one of the owners was able to find us a cabin where our real Brasada Ranch vacation began. Though we appreciated this, the owner was unable to give us the agreed upon refund amount as promised. He wouldn’t take full ownership for renting me a mice infested home. We love staying at Brasada Ranch in the summer. The pool area is so nice and the property is stunning. We really loved having our own hot tub at the house and the view off the upstairs deck is spectacular.
