This property is excellent. Just next to a great coffee shop and an amazing restaurant on the corner of the block. As it on the main road overlooking the river, everything is within a walking distance. Absolutely an amazing location.

Great location(by the dancing house), beautiful view of the river and place was very clean. So much better than a hotel for a week. Communication with host was easy and with WhatsApp and requests were answered and responded to quickly. Only negative(still giving this 5 stars more of a suggestion) is that at one point a delivery driver was able to get into our apartment using a code from another unit. It was an accident but alarming. So not sure if the numbers to the unit are the same? Prague is a very safe city but should have a deadbolt or something on the door for extra protection. Another suggestion would be to have a few instructions for washer, coffee pot, etc. This was minor and we eventually figured it out. Water in shower is sometimes a problem being cold but we worked around it. All of these minor compared to the cost and value of what we got. Would definitely stay there again!!!

Rooms were immaculately clean and sparse. Apartment was nice and warm on these cold autumn days. View was amazing. Could use towel hooks in bathroom, and dresser or furniture in bedroom other than only the bed. Also, a lamp would help. Wifi was intermittent - not good for business meetings.

Everything is good - room size, location, transport, etc. It's easy to assess the room with clear instructions. The only downside is the lack of AC (which wasn't a problem to me as I travelled in mid-Sep) and the lack of luggage storage (they did arrange a luggage storage service at a hotel like 1.5 km away and charged you 5 Euros for that).

This is a perfect place to stay. We were in Prague for five nights. We had booked a river facing studio. It was modern in design and well equipped. The room benefitted from high ceilings and the kitchenette was just right for our stay. It is equipped with the basics and they provided washing up liquid, sponge and tea towel, so it was easy to eat it when we wanted to. The apartment block is minutes from the metro and tram stops and the Prague transport system is cheap and efficient, so easy to walk to the old town or catch a tram/metro to different districts. The only downsides were we arrived 20minutes earlier than we planned so the electronic key wasn’t active yet, but a call to the company and it was sorted in a few minutes. The other comment is that the studio was on the ground floor and it’s quite a busy road so you can hear the trams from about 4:30am. The property is double glazed and if you aren’t a light sleeper you probably wouldn’t even notice the road. The company who manage the property were proactive and efficient and offered us a mid stay clean as we were staying longer. The location was great for us as I hate been in the midst of the tourist part, but it was easily accessible and the location meant we could easily walk to more residential areas to experience life a bit more local. Highly recommend.

No reception, maybe bots on WhatsApp, so quite frustrating to get real time answers, very difficult to communicate or problem solve. Also was not clear at all how to use their checkin app/process … actual room was fine, had an issue with aircon but they only had the solution to just turn it off… further away from the main part of town than I expected.
