Spend relaxing days in this natural stone house with access to the pool.



Recharge your batteries in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, where this charming holiday home with plenty of space, privacy and authentic country house flair awaits you. Look forward to the warm atmosphere of the traditional materials in the interior. The exposed wooden beams, the large fireplace and the furniture with a rustic flair create an inviting ambience. Relax in the living room on the comfortable furniture or spend cosy evenings with a glass of wine.



Go outside and discover the extensive grounds. Relax in the shade of the trees or use the cosy, covered terrace with natural stone walls for reading, dining or lingering. The large pool is for communal use and offers a nice refreshment on warm days. You can also play a game of petanque, have a football match or try your hand at volleyball or badminton. There is also a table tennis table for you to use.



Explore the picturesque surroundings around Pratovecchio. Hike in the Foreste Casentinesi National Park or visit the Camaldoli monastery. Go on excursions to Poppi with its impressive castle or enjoy local specialities at one of the regional markets.



Please note: The last 800 metres of the road to the house are unpaved.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open June - end September.

Goed ingericht huis. 5 kamers met eigen badkamer. Groot, goed onderhouden zwembad. En zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Alleen de weg die naar het huis leidt, is zeer moeilijk.
