“Another great time! The lake was beautiful as always. Some amenities need some work and maintenance; but the place is as great as it was the previous 2 times we stayed. Also, the waterfall hike is completely different now and we had to take a detour around a huge landslide. Crazy to see what Mother Nature can do in the 2 years since our last stay. ”

“Absolutely enchanting property!Every detail of this property was perfect! The home itself was beautiful and wonderfully interesting. The house was clean and comfortable, and anything that we could anticipate was laid out in the guest binder. The surrounding property was also serene. There was plenty of local wildlife to see from the decks and patio, not to mention the woods beyond. Gorgeous enough to keep two teenagers engaged and happy! It made for a perfect escape. “We had a wonderful stay! The house is great for large groups, we had 7 people and had lots of extra beds. The guest house is perfect for teenagers that want to feel a bit of freedom! We came from NYC so our teenagers loved having the space. The kitchen is well appointed and the house is clean and cozy. The property it’s self was stunning. We definitely saw the eagles more than a few times. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Clean and well manicured. We spent every night around the fire pit……

“This place is all around AWESOME! From the house to the grounds, the view, the pond, all of it, awesome! The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed to have a nice little getaway from the everyday hustle and bustle. We had a blast playing air-hockey downstairs, really enjoyed fishing the nice little pond, caught some nice largemouth (catch and release, please!) and enjoyed hanging out in the evening around the firepit. Oh, and my favorite part, just laying in……

“We used this place when our son played baseball in Cooperstown. Though it was an hour away from Cooperstown, it was an easy drive and a great property. Seeing the cows in the front yard one day was a funny surprise - they had gotten out from the nearby farm :). The fly fishing was fun to watch. The A/C units in the upstairs worked great. I would have liked more wash cloths for the shower, but there were plenty of towels. The laundry was excellent to have. It was a wonderful place for 4 adults……
