In The Heart of Provo Unit #4

Relax in the warm and inviting decor of our recently renovated 1940 s home. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit is perfect for rest and relaxation or for the business traveler. This is the downstairs unit of an up/down duplex. Its has been renovated, maintaining what could be preserved while modernizing everything that needed to be. A 50 TV with Netflix provided adds to the warmth and comfort of the front room. Guests have access to the entire unit of the duplex. Washer and dryer (laundry supplies provided) is part of the unit. No space is shared. We will provide you with an access code to open the door. If there are any difficulties or questions, we are a phone call away. If you have a bigger group, combine the stay with the Upstairs unit, along with our other up/down duplex right next door. With all 4 units combined you can house a group up to 21 people. Be together, yet maintain your own space!

Perfect Location

Fantastic stay!
I spent over a month in the apartment ! We loved it! Very comfortable ( Todd added a thick foam to the mattress and we slept so well). Really good details ( nice hairdryer, excellent iron, terrific kitchen). I especially liked how bright it was inside ! We would definitely book it again if we ever came back! Thanks Todd !

Cozy Get Away Close to Campus
This property was great. Kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked. Everything worked well. Good location to BYU which was our main destination dropping off our son. Everything was clean and comfortable. Felt right at home. Property manager was great as well. I would definitely stay again.

The Good: The apartment was cute, check in and out was very easy, the TV was awesome, wifi good, and the kitchen, if you are going to cook, looked adequate. (We didn’t cook). The Bad: For us, the bed was beyond awful. Takes “firm” to a whole new level. If you like rock hard, this bed is for you. It ruined the stay for us. The bathroom drain is slow, the TP holder comes off (this was mentioned in another review), and there was a musty old basement smell. Cleanliness was okay, but I’m a clean freak. In all fairness, we are in our 50’s/60’s, and it just wasn’t a good fit for us. However, to some people, it’s probably perfect.

Everything you need
Our stay was great! The location made it easy to see our family in Springville. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. If I had anything to say about room for improvement would be...the AC is controlled by the upstairs unit so you're at the mercy of the tenants above the unit. And the toilet paper holder in the bathroom is in a very uncomfortable angle and the TP roll pops off easily. Other than that we had a lovely stay. The owner Todd responds very quickly if any issues arise. Thank you!

My daughter and I were in Provo for a dance convention and we wanted somewhere in a great location, but with a more home-like feel. This property was perfect. The dishwasher drain needs to be cleaned out. When I finished running a cycle there was still standing water at the bottom. Also, the bathroom drain is running slow and needs to be cleaned. Otherwise, no complaints, I was very comfortable! Thank you!

The good and not so great.
Perfect size for our family. Set up was great. Loved the fireplace and the many apps available on the tv. Our 7 year old loved that! We were sad to see that the bedding appeared to be unwashed (lipstick on the pillow cases hair in the blankets) and that there were not enough bathroom linens for the 3 of us. Kitchen is well stocked. Communication with the property manager was great. Directions to the property were very detailed and made check in a breeze.

Excellent place for an excellent price!
We really enjoyed staying in this cute little basement apartment. It has everything you could possibly need—we especially loved the smart TV, cozy electric fireplace, and having a washer and dryer. It was nice to have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry supplies here for our use. We also enjoyed the popcorn and hot chocolate. Great location close to interstate—easy parking which was really nice. Only downfall is the highway traffic noise—I could hardly hear it back in the bedroom but on the sofa bed in the living room it was definitely audible. It didn’t really bother us though. Thank you Todd and Mikki for another great property—I know I can always count on them to have what I need.
