“We really liked this property and as the weather was very hot the outside balcony as a welcome bonus. Also, we had a choice of using the lifts or stairs. The property is central to everywhere in Guardamar. The beach was within easy walking-distance, as were all the Restaurants, Shops, etc. The whole apartment was lovely and the 3 bedrooms were a very good size, with plenty of wardrobe space. The main bathroom was more than adequate and the en-suite off the main bedroom was useful to have. There……

The ventilation was bad and there either was foul smell from the sewers or from the humidity that caused mold on the roof and walls. When this was addressed, the answere was that I should have investigated more if I was sensitive to those conditions. Aircondition in the living room and fans in the others.
