Don't get what you pay for

Terrible, I paid for a single pax room with air-condition. When I checked in they didn't have my reservation, nor a room availability. They wanted to put me in a dorm style room, but I clearly paid for a single pax room on the reservation. They made me spend the whole evening in the lobby till the next morning till someone checked out. Then once they gave me the single room, no aircon no TV and no WiFi. Free breakfast was supposed to be included but NO of course. Then when checking out the wanted me to pay again. I had already paid through Expedia. Expedia should remove their listing from the site. Absolute scam of a hotel
