No air conditioning at all and room advertised as city view, but they call city view the view of the parking lot. If you want a real city view it is actually called Harbour View, bit deceiving.

Enjoyed our stay at the Hotel with fantastic views over the harbour from our window. The staff were very friendly and helpful on choosing food. We would stay here again.

There is no air conditioning. It was 40 degrees and we were on the top floor. Me and my baby got zero sleep. Everyone has their doors open to try and cool off so no privacy. People were hanging out downstairs in the lobby and pool area just to try to stay cool for a bit. Seriously this place NEEDS air conditioners.

We were so disappointed with our stay at this property. There was no air conditioning and despite the fan provided, the room temperature did not drop below 31 degrees Celsius all night. We had to leave the room at 4am and sit outside to get a relief from the overwhelming heat in the room which made sleep impossible. We even kept the fridge door open and ran cold water in the shower to no avail. Yet, the stairwell and reception had air conditioning.

We loved the location. Pool was nice. Rooms were renovated and comfortable. No AC but kept our windows open and they supplied us with fans which kept our room cool.

The property's location was great. The hotel could use a little sprucing up. The pool didn't look like something I'd want to hop into and the bathroom had an odd step up into it. The towel rack fell off the wall in the bathroom. But the proximity to the harbor, shops, restaurants, etc was fabulous!

A few hours after I paid for my room, I recieved message from hotel saying there is no air conditioning in the hotel. "Too late to cancel". But at least the hotel had a pool, right? Show up and the pool is closed because they just cleaned it and apparently the chemicals weren't balanced. Strike 2. Room was on top (4th) floor. The elevator, with only 2 people in it was so slow, it made a scary clunk creaking sound and when it finally stopped on floor 4, it dropped 6 inches after coming to stop. Room was decent and clean, and lucky me, there was a floor standing fan in the room. I plugged it in, sounded like something broke inside the fan and a handful of dust and cobwebs came shooting out of the fan. There was also no fan in the washroom. I told front counter about the fan and she seemed genuinely surprised and concerned, and said she would bring up a working fan herself. A few hours later and past midnight, still no fan. At this point I'm just too tired and hot... No energy to care anymore. If this room was $100/ night, I might give it 3 stars. But for what they charged me, $400/night, totally unacceptable.
