The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular due to the view of the woods from the property and its sunny and secluded location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and Hollywood swing. Sauna with infrared light. **Location** Pula. The villa is located on a 2000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The beautiful villa is a semi-detached house, just a few kilometres from the centre of Pula and beautiful beaches. Surrounded by a large garden of 2000 square metres, it offers you everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing holiday and complete privacy. The exterior of the villa is enriched with an olive grove and a private pool. If you want to keep fit, there is also a gym with a treadmill, Pilates ball and dumbbells at your disposal. If you choose the villa in Pula for your next holiday, you certainly won’t make a mistake - we are waiting for you! Youth groups are not permitted. Access is via a side road (gravel or dirt).
