"Beautiful high end hotel after a long road trip staying at apartment style locations it was nice to have a front desk and all the amenities. We only stayed one night so we didn't really get to enjoy it all but did spend time on the beach which was huge and had SO many sea shells and take a quick dip in their outdoor pool, chilly but not freezing like a lot of quick swims we took on this trip. We got back to our room after that at exactly 12:01 to grab our stuff and check out, only to find our keycards already deactivated... annoying but understandable. Only small gripe was the front desk staff not really explaining where our room was (and being American we are still confused why rooms on the first floor, like 147 are up a level from the main). Anyway, it was a fancy hotel (for golfers I'd guess) and we're very much not fancy hotel people so not our thing but it was nice."

" This hotel is like home from home. Functional rooms very clean. A family run business that made us feel welcome asa we stepped in. HOSE at reception is friendlly, kind and super accomodating. The fresh fish everyday, all the fresh food they served was simply amazing. Ypu must try the white wine crispy but fully boded with a mellow after taste. We will be back to spend a longer stay. Thank you very much uou gave us a wonderful pleasant experience. Here’s a polished and corrected version of your review: This hotel truly feels like a home away from home. The rooms are functional and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. It’s a family-run business, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. José at reception is friendly, kind, and incredibly accommodating—he really made a difference to our experience. The food was outstanding, especially the fresh fish served daily. Everything we ate was fresh and absolutely delicious. You must also try the white wine—crisp yet full-bodied, with a smooth, mellow aftertaste. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay. "Starting with the good parts. The recepionist who was working on Thursday and Friday was very helpful. The bar and bar staff and drinks were wonderful. Pool area was clean. On my first night I paid €25 for the buffet dinner, a series of items that had been left out and had gone cold. I had cold wedges, cold pasta sauce and unidentified "bbq meat" followed by tasteless cake and ice cream in a plastic container. Even though I had already paid, the staff didn’t believe me and I had to explain twice and then go back to reception to double check. The restaurant staff didn’t come to see if I wanted a drink, I had to chase them around the restaurant for a menu then again to order. They walked past me several times. Zero service. I put my do not disturb sign on my bedroom. However on Friday amd Saturday the room attendant knocked my door like there was a fire until i got up from my lounger and answered her. I was indeed disturbed, and took myself to the beach to be able to relax. I asked reception to make sure she didn’t disturb me, and this seemed to make her behaviour worse. On my last day she banged on the door 45minutes before check out until I opened it and was yelling at me that check out was at 12 and clapping her hands at me. Very aggressive. I told reception upon check out and they said they would make sure I wasn't disturbed again. I had to laugh at this point. Don't stay here unless you want to feel like a number on a conveyor belt. "
