The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Turn off the lights
Please do NOT lock the house ! Leave the beds as is we will strip and wash them. Gather all the towels on the floor of the dining room of the old main house.
Leave any food or drink you don't want in the fridge we will sort it from there, Bag or box meat bones and put them in the Freezer. Put any food waste in the compost bin not the landfill.
Take your time to check out and clean up properly we prefer people clean up after themselves and leave common areas tidy rather than feel like you need to rush off. Check spa is on 40 and topped up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No Parties ! No Loud Music after dark ! No portable boom boxes on deck or near spa or pool !
No Noise control ! If Noise control are called to the property you will be charged $800 from the damages bond
