Furniture old and scuffed up and in bad shape and looks like it came from a thrift store- walls needed painting air conditioner cooled but was very loud all night kept waking me up- sounded like a plane engine taking off- bed was worn but adequate- pillows were good-the hotel appears dated and in repair-- artificial flowers in lobby were dusty and old- staff nice and talkative

I would not stay in Best Western Plus Edison Inn in Garner, NC. This is not your typical Best Western. This property was old, the rooms smelled, and the check-in experience was atrocious. I took the front desk person 20 minutes to check me in to my room at 12:30 am in the morning when no one else was around.
