Private Townhome in central Raleigh

  • This 1140 sq.ft townhome is your home away from home! Located in a quiet, older neighborhood inside the beltline close to ALL the major attractions. NC State University, Lenovo Center, downtown Raleigh, State Fairgrounds, Cary are all within 1-4 miles. Enjoy the comforts of two queen bedrooms and attached Jack & Jill bath, complimentary wifi.

    Please note: parties, large gatherings and smoking is strictly prohibited and penalties apply.

    Customer satisfaction is of outmost importance to us and we want to set the right expectations for our guests. This property is an older property with cosmetic imperfections like flaking paint, a sliding door that can come off the rails, Being a garden unit an occasional bug can be encountered although we do regular pest treatments. If you are sensitive to these kind of issues please don't book with us. It was last renovated in 2017, so it due for an update, but we have kept it this way to be able to offer a more affordable option for guest that are looking for a central location with privacy.
