"Great staff"

"Found some pieces of hair on one of our queen beds and bathroom floor. I am not a picky person depending on the amount of hair present but then also found some on the bathroom floor which was urking. This should be standard to have cleaned but I was there only one night so didn’t complain. Staff was real nice and helpful. Breakfast served was qreat as it had the basics and was fresh. I really enjoyed their self pancake maker. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Would stay here again if I visit Napanee again. "

"I've stayed in many hotels, motels etc in north america and around the UK and Europe and this was by far the easiest check in I've ever had. I choose the place due to its location in wellington and short drive to sandbanks. But I was really sold when I showed up and found a spacious, clean and comfy room. I will certainly be back!"

"Great for families. Have a lovely pool, tennis courts, basketball court, private beach, and restaurant on site. Rooms are a bit dated, but great for families who want to visit sandbanks and dont want to camp. Would definitely go back."

"The property was great. The facility was clean. The elevators are a little slow, but nothing to be too concerned about. The rooms were clean and well made up. The only drawback is that room service ends at 8 o’clock."

"We stayed for 2 nights at the end of July. When we arrived the owner came out to greet us and gave us a map and lots of helpful suggestions of places to visit in the area. The room was very thoughtfully designed and constructed; it was beautiful with lots of unique and really cool touches. I loved the half barrel sink (hope to recreate that in my own home one day!). The room has a wine fridge as well. In the hallway with the suites, there is a Keurig machine for coffee and a water cooler. In the morning they put out breakfast pastries and fruit. There are also extra towels here if you need to replace yours. The grounds are well maintained and you have access to a fire pit and hot tub if you are so inclined. The fountain and statues are perfect for taking photos. My only complaint about the property is that there is no shade. A few umbrellas would definitely help and maybe start planting some trees to eventually provide extra shade. It was very hot when we were there and unfortunately couldn't really sit outside during the day because there were no shaded areas. All in all, a beautiful and unique place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone and could stay there again. "

"Very happy with our stay. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Staff super friendly. Loved that I could grab a fresh coffee or tea in the lobby at anytime. Only improvement l would suggest is the breakfast area. The area where the food is, it is small and in a U shape. It was hard to grab breakfast with so many people trying to get into a small space. Should galley style for easier access "

"Derelict building across the street, an eye sore when looking out the window. You have to exit the building and go to the building next door to go to the pool. In the winter this would be a hard no for me. Rooms very clean and comfortable and staff is attentive and pleasant."

"There was a brand new 24-hr McDonald’s in the parking lot across from the hotel which was convenient after a long day or drive in to Belleville. The continental breakfast buffet was also great and was constantly being restocked by the staff throughout breakfast hours. "
